رانورا تطبيق لتتبّع السعرات والتغذية. ما تُدخله فيه — وزنك وطولك وما تأكله — بيانات صحّية، ونتعامل معها على هذا الأساس. هذه الصفحة تشرح ما نجمعه ولماذا، وأين يُخزَّن، وما الذي يغادر خوادمنا. Ranora is a calorie and nutrition tracker. What you put into it — your weight, your height, what you eat — is health data, and we treat it as such. This page explains what we collect and why, where it is stored, and what leaves our servers.
رانورا ما زال قيد التطوير ولم يُطلق للعامة. تُحدَّث هذه السياسة كلما تغيّر ما يجمعه التطبيق فعلياً — لا تصف نوايا، بل ما هو مبنيّ اليوم. Ranora is still in development and has not been publicly released. This policy is updated whenever what the app actually collects changes — it describes what is built today, not what is intended.

٢. ما الذي لا نفعله2. What we don’t do
هذه ليست وعوداً عامة — إنها وصف لما لا يحتويه التطبيق: These are not general promises — they describe what the app does not contain:
- لا أدوات تحليلات ولا تتبّع. لا يوجد في التطبيق أي حزمة تحليلات أو تتبّع أعطال أو إعلانات. لا نعرف كم مرة فتحت التطبيق.No analytics, no tracking. The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDK of any kind. We do not know how many times you opened it.
- لا بيع ولا مشاركة. بياناتك لا تُباع، ولا تُشارك مع مُعلنين أو وسطاء بيانات.No selling, no sharing. Your data is not sold, and not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
- لا أذونات زائدة. يطلب التطبيق أربعة أذونات فقط: الكاميرا (للصور والباركود)، والإنترنت، والإشعارات، وإعادة ضبط التذكيرات بعد إقلاع الجهاز. لا موقع جغرافي، لا جهات اتصال، لا ميكروفون.No extra permissions. The app asks for four: camera (photos and barcodes), internet, notifications, and re-arming reminders after a reboot. No location, no contacts, no microphone.
٣. ما الذي يغادر خوادمنا3. What leaves our servers
ثلاث جهات خارجية فقط، ولكلٍّ سبب محدّد: Three third parties only, each for a specific reason:
Google Gemini — تمييز الطعامGoogle Gemini — recognising food
عندما تطلب تحليل صورة وجبة، أو تكتب وصفاً نصياً لما أكلته، تُرسل تلك الصورة أو ذلك النص إلى Google Gemini لاستخراج اسم الطبق فقط. لا يُرسل معها اسمك ولا بريدك ولا وزنك ولا أي بيان صحّي آخر. When you ask for a meal photo to be analysed, or type a description of what you ate, that image or text is sent to Google Gemini purely to work out what the dish is called. Your name, email, weight and other health data are not sent with it.
مهم: نستخدم حالياً الفئة المجانية من Gemini، والتي قد تستخدم Google ما يُرسل إليها لتحسين نماذجها. لا ترفع صورة لا تقبل أن تُستخدم على هذا النحو. سيُذكر هنا صراحةً حين ننتقل إلى فئة مدفوعة لا تفعل ذلك. Important: we currently use Gemini’s free tier, which allows Google to use what is sent to improve its models. Do not upload a photo you would not want used that way. When we move to a paid tier that does not, it will be stated here.
Open Food Facts — الباركودOpen Food Facts — barcodes
عند مسح باركود منتج، يُرسل رقم الباركود وحده إلى قاعدة Open Food Facts المفتوحة للبحث عن المنتج. لا يُرسل أي شيء يخصّك. When you scan a product barcode, the barcode number alone is sent to the open Open Food Facts database to look the product up. Nothing about you is sent.
Google Fonts — الخطGoogle Fonts — the typeface
يُنزّل التطبيق خط «تجوّل» من خوادم Google عند أول تشغيل ثم يحتفظ به. هذا يكشف عنوان IP لجهازك لـ Google، كما يحدث عند فتح أي صفحة ويب تستخدم الخط نفسه. The app downloads the Tajawal typeface from Google’s servers on first launch and then caches it. This exposes your device’s IP address to Google, in the same way visiting any web page that uses the same font does.
٤. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك4. Where your data is stored
قاعدة البيانات على خادم واحد في مومباي (الهند)، والصور على تخزين Cloudflare R2 في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ. تمرّ كل الاتصالات بين تطبيقك وخوادمنا عبر HTTPS مُعمّى. The database is on a single server in Mumbai, India, and images are on Cloudflare R2 storage in the Asia-Pacific region. All traffic between your app and our servers travels over encrypted HTTPS.
روابط الصور غير قابلة للتخمين — لكل ملف معرّف عشوائي. من يملك الرابط يستطيع فتح الصورة، لذا لا تشاركه. Image URLs are unguessable — every file has a random identifier. Anyone holding the link can open the image, so do not share it.
٥. حقوقك5. Your rights
- الاطّلاع والتصحيح. كل ما نحتفظ به عنك ظاهر داخل التطبيق ويمكن تعديله من شاشة الملف الشخصي.Access and correction. Everything we hold about you is visible in the app and editable from the profile screen.
- الحذف. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب دون تثبيته.Deletion. You can delete your account from inside the app, or via the account deletion page without installing it.
- نسخة من بياناتك. راسلنا على hello@ranora.app من البريد المسجَّل في حسابك، ونرسل لك نسخة.A copy of your data. Email hello@ranora.app from the address on your account and we will send you one.
٦. الأطفال6. Children
رانورا ليس مُوجَّهاً لمن هم دون السادسة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمنا بحساب لطفل دون هذه السن، نحذفه. Ranora is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of an account belonging to a child under that age, we delete it.
٧. ليس نصيحة طبية7. Not medical advice
رانورا أداة لتتبّع التغذية، وليس جهازاً طبياً ولا بديلاً عن استشارة مختص. الأرقام التي يعرضها تقديرات مبنيّة على معادلات قياسية ومدخلاتك أنت. Ranora is a nutrition tracking tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional advice. The figures it shows are estimates derived from standard formulas and the details you enter.
